• Design and implement comprehensive Cost Center Accounting (CCA) master data, organizational structures and hierarchies
• Manage and optimize cost center budgeting and planning, ensuring alignment with corporate financial goals
• Define SKF as a basis to develop allocation cycles for accurate cost distribution
• Design of Overhead Costing sheet
• Configure Activity Types as a basis for the Activity Rate calculation to support accurate product and service costing
• Ensure seamless integration between CO and key modules like Project Systems (PS), Investment Management (IM), Asset Accounting (AA), Production Planning (PP) and Material Management (MM)

CO-PC (full: PCP, OBJ, ACT)

• Lead end-to-end implementations of Product Costing (PCP), from strategic design to post-go-live support
• Manage and execute global rollouts of Material Ledger and Actual Costing across more than 70 productive plants worldwide
• Design and streamline period-end closing activities (revaluations, actual overhead calculations, WIP, variance calculation, settlements) to provide critical insights into production performance
• Ensure seamless integration of costing data with Production Planning (PP) and Inventory Accounting
• Develop and deliver comprehensive key user training on CO-PC functionalities
• Optimize standard cost estimate processes to improve profitability and margin analysis

CO-PA

• Design and configure characteristics and value fields to create robust profitability reporting structures
• Develop a seamless data flow from standard and actual costing to CO-PA, enabling detailed margin analysis
• Set up Report Painter to create customized, user-friendly reports for executive and business-level analysis
• Establish validations and substitutions to ensure data integrity across all profitability reports
• Integrate profitability data from FI and MM, creating a holistic view of costs and revenues
