I am responsible for providing solution architecture and technical assistance for a migration initiative aimed at transitioning to a new core banking system. This project involves replacing our outdated in-house development with a commercially available off-the-shelf (COTS) core banking system, which is developed and operated by a vendor as Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) on the AWS platform. My duties encompass solution design, technical coordination, supporting development teams, and providing IT support and troubleshooting.
Additionally, a significant aspect of my role involves managing over 10 vendors and partners, which is crucial to the project's success.

Responsibilities:
As an infrastructure architect, I support our DevOps engineers in automating the infrastructure and application onboarding process. We continuously review our process and tools to identify opportunities to improve and optimise this process. We architects evaluate new tools, review processes, and implement POCs to support the daily business of our stakeholders (DevOps, developers, testers, and product owners). I reviewed technical as well as organizational aspects and recommended improvements to the managers.
