Description
Strategy development and business model:
Development of concepts for distribution via brick-and-mortar partner stores (regional/national, e.g. EP, expert, Euronics; Media Markt, Saturn; distributors).
Design and implementation of sales strategies through temporary own retail locations (e.g. pop-up stores).
Screening and onboarding:
Selection of qualified partners, contract finalization and onboarding of new sales partners.
Contract and commission model:
Definition of distribution partner contracts and commission models.
Marketing alignment:
Coordination with marketing to define and provide tools for agencies (e.g. shop-in-shop solutions, flyers, shelf solutions, etc.).
Branding:
Definition of brand strategy.
Requirements management:
Management of technical and commercial requirements (tools & processes).
Implementation:
Lead commercial and technical implementation.
Project management:
Efficient planning, execution and control of sales projects.
POC/In-Life:
Execution of POC and in-life projects, including budget and resource planning.
Stakeholder alignment:
Ensuring integration and coherence with the lead management work stream.
Regular alignment with relevant stakeholders
Requirements
5-10 years of project management: Strong project management skills to plan, execute and control sales projects efficiently.
5-10 years senior sales expertise: Specific expertise in brick-and-mortar retail (point of sales) with at least 5 years of experience.
Industry knowledge: Comprehensive knowledge of the German telecommunications retail market.
Channel management: Proven success in managing retail channels.
Contract and commission model: Experience in defining and managing distribution partner contracts and commission models.
Marketing alignment: Experience coordinating with marketing to define and provide tools for agencies (e.g. shop-in-shop solutions, flyers, shelf solutions, etc.).
Requirements management: Management & definition of technical and commercial requirements (tools & processes).
Implementation: Proven success in commercial and technical implementation of projects.
Analytical skills: Ability to evaluate sales data and make strategic decisions.
