Consolidation of analysis results and creation of a comprehensive map.
- Prioritization and elaboration of the supportive IT business models in the current as-is state
- Development of process and project objectives together with those responsible, serving as a sparring partner for process areas, as well as specific solutions
- Elaboration of the IT business models for an overall understanding of current supportive functions
- Identification and engagement of stakeholders
- Creation of interview guidelines and activity/service surveys
- Scheduling interviews with POs and AMs of the supportive functions
- Identifying, describing, analyzing, optimizing and documenting existing business processes of the supportive functions as well as existing business models regarding solutions/adjustments to move from the as-is to the target state

- Subsequently conducting interviews with service recipients (including online surveys if applicable)
- Creation of evaluation matrix and target model "map"
- Reconciliation of interview results with cluster POs, GFs etc.
- Methodical consulting of the client on the process-technical (architecture strategy) of the ICT processes in the subject area as well as their further development and highlighting improvement opportunities in the existing architecture
- Consolidation of results into an agreed result structure
- Creating transparency on resource allocation, tasks, services and user satisfaction across all finance support functions
- Selection and assessment of suitable approaches and methods from the technology stack
- Execution of the conception and planning of the operational design
- Analysis and documentation of core results for further detailing and interpretation and creation of proposed measures
