Description
Methodically support the client in the requested task area
Analyze current states and develop target states
Develop solution options to move from the current to the target state
Evaluate and present the solution options
Gather information and bring stakeholders together
Organize and conduct workshops and, among other things,
Bring in experience developing best-practice approaches that characterize high-performance IT governance models, in close coordination with IT departments and business unit managers
Provide professional support to the project in developing and implementing the necessary governance structures to drive visible improvements in corporate performance in the area of "IP networking"
Align IT governance with the business model and strategy
Improve the relationship between business units and IT
Establish steering committees for projects and IT operations
Develop IT scorecards and KPI dashboards to advance alignment between IT strategy and business goals and to achieve greater transparency of IT performance and value creation
Implement appropriate governance processes between IT and business units to ensure consistent management, traceable decisions, and appropriate prioritization of investment activities
Requirements
Certification as an Agile Team Coach
Certification as an OMG Certified Expert in BPM2 (OECB)
4 years of proven practical experience in team coaching in projects/programs focusing on agile transitions
Methodologies and process consulting: excellent and repeatedly proven practical knowledge in setting up development organizations and specifically in establishing agile practices
Communication and facilitation know-how: involving stakeholders in the change process and organizational development in very complex environments (>100 FTEs), where both IT and non-IT teams were involved
Knowledge of supporting organizations in implementing agile transitions
Experience in business process analysis and process optimization/automation
