Building a comprehensive finance organization for the companies across the entire group.
Guiding and coaching the current finance colleagues on-site in Lübbecke and, via travel or virtually, at other locations.
The project/interim phase is initially planned for at least 12 months, during which full-time support is expected.
You lead a dedicated team and share responsibility for the company's entire finance and accounting functions, including P&L, balance sheet, liquidity and controlling.

You serve as a key finance interface and communicate at eye level with other departments. You are the contact person for all finance-specific regulatory and legal issues, both internal and external.
You support company growth with your expertise and a reliable financial strategy, financial planning and controlled goal achievement. You keep an eye on cost optimization potential and investments for the future.
You work closely with our tax advisors and banks.
You analyze financial data for projects, investments or business development and provide data-based decision support for management.
With your change management experience, you help optimize the transparency and efficiency of finance processes (in SAP). You are committed to continuous productivity gains and improving internal controls.
You are responsible for the digitization, further development and optimization of the finance organization.
You manage risk and ensure that risks are minimized and compliance is ensured in all aspects.
You review contracts for fixed asset acquisitions.
