Building a cross-company finance organization for all group companies.
Guiding and coaching the current finance colleagues on site in Lübbecke and, via travel or virtually, at other locations
The project/interim phase is initially planned for at least 12 months, during which full-time support is envisaged.
You lead a dedicated team and share responsibility for the company's entire finance and accounting, including P&L, balance sheet, liquidity and controlling.
You advise management, prepare regular liquidity reports, analyze them and ensure optimal liquidity planning and control.
You act as a key finance interface and communicate at eye level with other departments. You are the point of contact for all finance-specific regulatory and legal issues, both internally and externally.
You support company growth with your expertise and a reliable finance strategy, financial planning and controlled target achievement, keeping an eye on cost optimization potentials and investments in the future.
You work closely with our tax advisors and banks.
You analyze financial data for projects, investments or business development and provide data-driven decision support for management.
With your change management experience, you help optimize the transparency and efficiency of finance processes (in SAP). Continuous productivity improvements and ongoing enhancement of internal controls are your goals.
You are responsible for the digitization, further development and optimization of the finance organization.
You conduct risk management and ensure that risks are minimized and compliance is guaranteed in all aspects.
You review contracts for acquisitions of fixed assets.
