Operational management: In this role, you take full responsibility for the operational processes of our programs, projects, and products. This includes coordinating the entire supply chain and leading a team that includes both internal and external resources.
Efficient resource management: By implementing structured delivery processes, you optimize the use of available resources for a planned increase in delivery quality and operational efficiency.
Customer retention and trust building: Through successful restructuring measures, you strengthen our customers' trust in our services and thereby enhance our competitive position.
Budget control and financial management: You monitor the planned delivery budget and ensure that both qualitative and financial goals are met.
Compliance and quality standards: You are accountable for the strict adherence to all legal regulations and our company's quality standards.
Transparent reporting: You ensure transparent, fact-based documentation of delivery progress, the status of our deliverables, and risk management. For new developments, you proactively develop practical solutions that are implemented after management approval.
PERSONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience and expertise: You bring proven experience in leadership roles, preferably as a COO or in comparable IT industry positions.
Specialized knowledge: Solid knowledge in restructuring, supply management, and change management in digitalization and IT services is essential.
Excellent leadership skills: You have outstanding leadership abilities and the skill to motivate and empower mixed delivery teams (internal and external).
Communication skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, especially at the leadership level, are of great importance.
