Description
Coordination of meetings and workshops as well as documentation and follow-up of project deliverables by the finance area
Creation of presentations and decision templates for management and relevant committees
Monitoring of risks, impediments, dependencies and open issues and follow-up as part of project tracking
Analysis and consulting for the specification of new, demand-oriented requirements and optimization measures based on business models for the finance area
Development of solution concepts for process optimizations in the existing value chain as well as planning and management of implementation within transformational projects
Independent handling of complex, partially novel topics in the finance area, particularly regarding process optimization and implementation design
Identification and development of optimization potentials to increase the quality and granularity of information in the target systems with involvement of finance subject matter experts
Steering of requirements in transformation initiatives and conducting tracking
Development and further development of quality measures within the value chain considering business transactions, reporting requirements and their optimization potentials
Requirements
Professional Expertise
Deep knowledge of finance processes, especially in the optimization and transformation of end-to-end value chains
Experience in designing and implementing process optimizations and digitization initiatives in the finance area
Sound understanding of business administration contexts and financial metrics
Experience in preparing management materials, decision templates and committee communication
Project Management & Control
Experience in coordinating workshops, stakeholder management and tracking deliverables
Proficiency in managing transformation initiatives including requirements management, tracking and risk management
Knowledge of applying classical and agile methods (e.g., Scrum, SAFe, Waterfall)
Analytical & Methodical Skills
Strong ability to identify and implement optimization potentials in data and process structures
Experience in specifying requirements and deriving concrete measures for system and process implementation
Routine in developing KPIs, reporting structures and quality measures
Personal Competencies
High level of personal responsibility, conceptual strength and execution orientation
Excellent communication skills at all hierarchy levels – especially in dealing with management and cross-functional teams
