Description
Current-state analysis:
- Determining requirements for a modern HR back office (best practice)
- Identifying and assigning tasks, processes and areas of responsibility in the future People Back Office
Concept/Design:
- Deducing required resources/FTE and organizational implications
- Deriving skill requirements and training needs
- Creating the implementation roadmap
Test and Go-Live:
- Validating the concept in the testing phase
- Supporting the go-live
- Identifying and implementing optimization measures (quick wins)
Operational consulting in HR assistance:
- General project management tasks
- Stakeholder management
- Planning and controlling processes
- Schedule management
- Monitoring deadlines and handling reminders
- Organizing meetings, workshops, training sessions and related travel activities
- Reviewing purchase orders and invoice checks
- Processing purchase requisition requests in SAP
