Description

  • Development and enhancement of data management in SQL Server for fixed network and all-IP products, and integration of existing and new data sources from SQL Server/Oracle from CRM systems and workflow management systems

  • Building a database in SQL that collects and consolidates data from different source systems (CRM and workflow systems)

  • Creating and extending database analyses in Tableau for daily reporting

  • Advising business units (e.g., Technology, Order Management) on data collection and customer data management

  • Continuous optimization and establishment of the data management process and data quality for future projects

Requirements

  • Experience in designing data architectures
  • Experience in the B2B area
  • Knowledge of database management systems (SQL Server)
  • Very good skills in SQL/PLSQL, Microsoft VBA and Microsoft Access
  • Knowledge of Tableau
  • Ability to analyze business processes and derive necessary requirements for data structures
