As a (Senior) Scrum Master, you will actively advise and support three product development teams for the digital customer platform, focusing on team performance using the Scrum framework with the following focus:
- The 3 product development teams already have a very high level of maturity in applying the Scrum framework. The teams' needs can therefore vary greatly depending on the team and context. It is important to bring a fine sense and empathy to support each team accordingly
- Synergies among the teams should be promoted and strengthened
- Sharing best practices and providing advice on collaboration is desired
- Conduct thematic workshops upon request
- The self-organization of the teams should be maintained and further expanded if needed
- Team agreements/the team identity should be critically questioned at regular intervals upon request
- In the event of personnel changes, the Scrum Master should ensure that all (new) team members understand and live the agile values. Personnel changes and the resulting transition phases should be closely supported within the teams. Team forming processes should be actively shaped
- Actively uncover, moderate and de-escalate team conflicts
- Strengthen quality awareness in the teams as needed
- Improve the measurability of work progress
- Interdisciplinary collaboration within the department and with stakeholders should be meaningfully supported
General:
- Establish (where necessary) and further develop the SCRUM processes
- Coaching and mentoring of devs, POs and UX when impediments arise
- Further development of the product development teams as well as accompanying uncertainties during the upcoming transformation of the organization
- Identify, name and address obstacles in the development team to sustainably eliminate them
- Maintenance of the impediment backlog
- Moderation of the Scrum events, if desired
