Description
The position of Interim Online Sales Expert is designed to support the development and setup of our client's online and affiliate sales from the ground up. The goal is to acquire new customers through effective traffic generation and conversion optimization and to establish robust online sales processes. This involves linking the wholesale brand and the ISP brands as closely as possible and achieving maximum sales performance through online and affiliate marketing.
- Concept development for online sales on behalf of the ISP
- Traffic generation
- Conversion improvement
- Creation of a dedicated affiliate concept for ISP web and corporate web (including SEO)
- Business and technical requirements:
- Definition of business and technical requirements
- Management and coordination of implementation (technical and commercial)
- Customer journey optimization:
- Optimization of the customer journey (e.g., availability check with reference to the ISP page, increasing sales orientation, defining a multi-ISP approach)
- Affiliate partners:
- Screening and contracting with affiliate partners
- Analysis and concept development:
- Analysis of price comparison sites (e.g., Check24, Verivox), recommendation and concept creation
- Stakeholder alignment:
- Ensuring integration and coherence with the lead management workflow
- Project management:
- Efficient planning, execution, and control of the sales projects mentioned above
Requirements
- Experience in digital marketing & sales: Senior expert with at least 5 years of experience
- SEO: Solid knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO)
- Affiliate marketing: Experience in affiliate marketing and in creating affiliate concepts
- Digital customer journey design: Experience in designing and optimizing the digital customer journey
- Project management: Strong project management skills to efficiently plan, execute, and control the sales projects mentioned
- Traffic generation: Experience in generating online traffic
- Conversion optimization: Experience in improving conversion rates
- Technical and commercial implementation: Ability to lead and manage the implementation of technical and commercial requirements
- Analytical skills: Ability to analyze cost-benefit ratios and develop concepts based on these analyses
- Contract drafting: Experience in setting up and negotiating partner contracts
