Background to the task:
Our client is a telecommunications company. We are looking for an expert in the continuing education area of customer service who can help identify the latest learning elements and develop them didactically and creatively at a high level. We are looking for a technically savvy expert who brings broad knowledge of various training platforms and their further development.
- Further development of a comprehensive Learning & Development platform and its expansion with new training formats
- Development of new training and coaching formats with the responsible client representatives in the form of workshops
- Securing workshop results
- Supplementing existing formats with new impulses from best practices (e.g. interactivity, gamification) and benchmarking with other academies
- Development and piloting of additional formats (e.g. podcasts) to help employees achieve target competencies
- Project management for setting up an E-Learning Nugget Factory (evaluating prototypes, refining concepts, describing necessary processes and resources)
- Co-project management to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of new learning formats (especially e-learning nuggets)
