Description
- Independent marketing of our brand portfolio through innovative licensing, brand, and lifestyle collaborations to create unique brand experiences
- Responsibility for defined industries within the sales team, including strategic development, identifying and approaching target customers, as well as continuous market and trend analysis
- Building new partnerships by acquiring new licensees and maintaining and developing existing license partners
- Planning, managing, and controlling the budget for the responsible industries with a strategic focus
- Participating in relevant trade fairs to capture trends and acquire potential partners
- Adapting marketing materials and proposals to specifically tailor them to individual customer needs
- Acting as the interface & primary contact for external sales partners, including evaluating and coordinating sales potentials
- Promoting effective collaboration between sales and brand management
- Maintaining and using the CRM system and potential overview
Requirements
- Ideally a degree in business administration with a focus on sales or a comparable commercial qualification
- Relevant work experience in sales, selling, or marketing – ideally in the licensing sector
- Strong communication skills and an excellent sense of language with confident communication (written and spoken)
- Negotiation expertise and sales talent
- Enjoyment and passion for the brands in our portfolio as well as building a strong industry network
- Commitment, teamwork, independent working style, and flexibility
- Proficient use of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Word, and Outlook)
