Our client is a telecommunications provider. We are looking for a project lead for the "Simplification" project to simplify product variety and business processes in the B2C consumer segment. This includes managing the project team regarding the identification and reduction of complexities in B2C products and processes, as well as reducing tariff and product variety, simplifying internal and external processes in the areas of product management, omnichannel, Customer Sales &x;x;x; Service and Customer Management.
Tasks:
- Definition and design of planning and execution of product and process simplification and cleanup.
- Ensuring the project timeline: defining and tracking the project plan including milestones and deliverables (requirements, solution descriptions, approvals, effort estimates).
- Reporting results to directors and the project team.
- Defining and coordinating the project budget: advising on the management of the project budget and budgeting process. Tracking actual costs and overall budget management.
- Documenting simplification decisions and measures (technical customer migrations and campaigns), including minutes.
- Creating and managing the decision path for management. Escalation communications for issues, considering already developed and evaluated solutions.
- Ensuring the quality of measures: monitoring the consistency of work with the quality standard (revenue, CEX, NPS). Defining quality goals and processes to achieve these goals.
- Reporting progress, measures, and specific simplification implementations to the directors and the project team.
