Smart HR links establishing the HR Operating Model with rolling out a unified HR IT.
The goal is further embedding the HR Operating Model across all corporate units.
To fully anchor the roles of the HR Operating Model in daily operations, a modern and unified HR IT is needed. At the same time, the new HR IT can only work if all roles are lived according to the HR Operating Model. Therefore, it is especially important to focus on embedding the HR Operating Model in the organization before introducing the HR IT.
At its core is the Oracle HCM Suite, providing standardized HR IT for efficient personnel processes. ServiceNow complements the Oracle HCM Suite and maps necessary custom solutions, the so-called “Add-Ons”.
