Description

A company is looking for support for trade show preparations and needs a reliable link between graphics, internal stakeholders, and the in-house print shop. The goal of the project is to coordinate and manage the production of various printed materials to ensure a smooth and brand-compliant execution.

The role includes close collaboration with the in-house design team, quality control of printed materials, and schedule management. Optionally, print approval and communication with other service providers can be handled.

  • Coordinate and manage production of printed materials such as menus, product displays, how-to displays, stickers, and, if needed, smaller additional print items.
  • Hand off print files to the print shop, including follow-up on any questions.
  • Work closely with internal design on color schemes (CI) and final files.
  • Perform quality control and manage the timeline.
  • Optional: print approval and communication with other vendors.

Requirements

  • Experience in handling print projects (e.g., promotional items, POS, displays).
  • Strong organizational skills and an eye for detail.
  • Confident handling of print files, formats, and brand guidelines.
