Background on the task: The aim of the project is to provide the regulatory data requested by the holding company automatically. For this purpose, new processes need to be defined and introduced in the departments or existing processes adapted. The position is located in the IT department and serves as an interface function between the controlling and credit risk management units, several IT teams and the client. The project team in Germany consists of approx. 25 internal and external employees. Communication towards the holding company is conducted in English; within the local project team we speak German. The project manager is supported by a PMO.
Coordination and monitoring of the various workstreams in the project
Consolidated management reporting of interim statuses and deliverables
Risk management
Steering internal meetings, actively participating in meetings with the holding company
In collaboration with the PMO:
Project and resource planning or planning of work packages
Monitoring and tracking deadlines
Budget controlling
Solid experience in leading (IT) projects of a regulated company with corresponding PM methodology knowledge
University of applied sciences degree in computer science, business informatics or comparable qualification
Good knowledge in IT/BI environment (knowledge of ETL, JAVA, SQL etc.) as well as basic SAP knowledge
User experience with JIRA and Confluence
Assertiveness, team and solution orientation
Good, clear communication skills, written and spoken
Structured, independent and quality-oriented way of working
Language skills: German (business fluent), English (good written and spoken), French desirable
