Background to the task: The goal of the project is to automatically provide the regulatory data requested by the holding company. For this, new processes need to be defined and introduced in the business units or existing ones adapted. The position is located in the IT department and serves as an interface between the Controlling and Credit Risk Management business units, several IT teams, and the client. The project team in Germany consists of around 25 internal and external employees. Communication with the holding company is in English; inside the on-site project team we speak German. The project manager is supported by a PMO.
Coordination and monitoring of the various workstreams in the project
Consolidated management reporting of interim statuses and work results Risk Management
Steering of internal meetings, active participation in meetings with the holding company
In cooperation with the PMO:
Project and resource planning and work package planning
Monitoring and tracking of deadlines
Budget controlling
Solid experience in leading (IT) projects in a regulated company with appropriate PM method knowledge
Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics or comparable qualification
Good knowledge in the IT/BI environment (ETL, JAVA, SQL etc.) and basic SAP skills
Practical experience with JIRA and Confluence
Assertiveness, team and solution orientation
Clear and effective communication skills, written and verbal
Structured, independent and quality-focused work style
Language skills: German (business fluent), English (good written and spoken), French desirable
