A company is looking for an experienced consultant to support a transformation program that modernizes the technical landscape and operating model. The goal is to achieve an improved customer experience, faster time-to-market, and reduced costs through the implementation of modern product catalog, order management, and CRM/CIM systems.
The focus of the role is on advising the specialist teams in the areas of mobile postpaid retention value management and the statutory best-tariff-advice process. The consultant will work closely with various stakeholders to analyze existing functionalities in legacy systems, propose improvement options, and define requirements for new target systems such as Salesforce and Adobe.
Key responsibilities:
Advising the specialist teams (Portfolio Planning & Scoping Team, Tribes, Product Owner) on mobile postpaid retention value management and the statutory best-tariff-advice process.
Analyzing existing value management functionalities and best-tariff-advice logic in legacy systems such as Salcus and Oracle.
Developing proposals for improvements to customer value management and best-tariff-advice before the transformation into new systems.
Supporting the technical and functional description of requirements for the new target systems Salesforce and Adobe.
Reporting relevant metrics for mobile postpaid value management and the best-tariff-advice process in old (Salcus) and new (Salesforce) systems using Jira, Confluence, and Excel.
Advising on the establishment of new KPIs, reports, and processes for mobile postpaid value management and the best-tariff-advice process in Salesforce and Adobe.
