- Derive and prioritize optimization measures to increase conversion rate, revenue, and margin
- Create an action plan for implementation, including defining success KPIs
- Advise on planning and executing online campaigns and promotions
- Provide strategic and operational advice on developing customer journeys and digital sales processes
- Prepare decision papers, management reports, and an implementation roadmap
