Description
The goal of the project is the strategic development and content management of the social media channels of @o2cando through comprehensive consulting on editorial planning, creator selection, and the conception of new formats and campaigns.
Service Description
1. Concept development for Instagram and Facebook channels (@o2cando)
- Advising the Social Media Content & Creator Communications team on editorial planning for Facebook & Instagram
- Consulting on the selection of creators/influencers
- Analyzing ad materials and creating feedback loops in cooperation with social media agencies
- Reporting on social media activities using Facebook Business Manager and Sprinklr
- Advising on optimizing the strategic direction of the social media channels on Instagram and Facebook
2. Hardware marketing
- Advising on the creation of subsidized marketing campaigns (Werbekostenzuschüsse) with Telefónica’s hardware partners
- Preparing briefing materials
- Developing marketing concepts for hardware promotions
- Advising on selecting suitable social media creators
- Creating reports with Facebook Business Manager and Sprinklr
3. Integrated marketing communications campaigns
- Advising the Social Media Content & Creator Communications team on developing social media formats for the quarterly o2 advertising campaigns
- Consulting the Senior Social Media Manager (m/f/d) on project management regarding timing, budget, and quality control
- Preparing regular reports with Facebook Business Manager and Sprinklr
- Identifying optimization opportunities based on the collected reports
Requirements
- Proven experience in the strategic development of social media channels for premium brands
- Proficient use of analytics tools like Facebook Business Manager and Sprinklr
- Expertise in creating editorial plans and developing marketing concepts
- In-depth knowledge of creator and influencer marketing, including choosing the right personalities and preparing briefings
- Experience with key platforms: Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and Threads – each with platform-specific content
- Ability to analyze ad materials and continuously measure the success of social media activities
- Basic project management skills to monitor timing, budgets, and quality
