Description
You will design and deliver an EMEA DE&I storyline with the aim of achieving our 30 by 30 aspirational goals
Furthermore you will own the annual DE&I plan for OS EMEA, monitor progress towards defined targets and own the D&I dashboard
Supporting the design and implementing training concepts to foster an inclusive (leadership) culture will be part of your role
You will manage the Pulse Survey for OS EMEA and coordinate follow-up activities through effective communication measures
Additionally you will identify, translate, and share globally best internal and external DE&I and talent management practices
Through continuous communication of relevant talent management topics you will increase the organization's awareness and knowledge of talent management topics and help drive employee engagement
You will actively participate in the EMEA talent management team
Requirements
You posses a degree in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology, Business Administration, Finance, Marketing or Engineering
Several years of experience in diversity & inclusion, talent management and development with significant experience working in a multi-national company are part of your profile
You have practical work experience in DE&I initiatives and a strong cross-cultural collaboration and communication skills
Furthermore you have excellent project management skills as well as strong conceptual skills and analytical skills
You are able to work effectively with people at all levels of the organisation and have practical experience as trainer and facilitator
