The goal of the project is to lead and successfully deliver an enterprise ServiceNow project focusing on ITSM and Customer Service Management (CSM).
The role includes planning, controlling, and ensuring a stable project process in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Operational & strategic service management of the ServiceNow platform
Process ownership for ITSM and CSM (B2B & B2C)
Process design, governance & continuous optimization
Management of external providers and contractors
Monitoring, KPI analysis & deriving improvements
