Requirements
- Proven experience in leading ERP transformation projects
- In-depth understanding of IFRS requirements and how to implement them in ERP systems
- Knowledge of civil and rail construction is a plus
- Strong skills in stakeholder management and leading interdisciplinary teams
- Fluent English and native German skills
- Experience with ERP systems like RIB 4.0 or similar solutions
- Ability to develop and implement sustainable change and training concepts
