Description
Leadership of the Quality Assurance department consisting of Incoming Goods Inspection, Metrology Lab, Production Quality, and Complaint Management
Ensuring and optimizing supplier and product quality
Monitoring complaint management and associated measures
Reliable point of contact for questions and issues from specialist departments
Analyzing and monitoring error patterns, and implementing necessary countermeasures
Conducting root cause analyses and optimization measures
Supporting internal and external audits
Documenting relevant information in the CAQ system
Requirements
Technical training with specialized continuing education in the QA environment
Proven track record in quality assurance
Advanced knowledge of requirements in the medical device environment
Knowledge of quality standards such as DIN EN ISO 9001 and DIN EN ISO 13485
Solid experience in applying problem-solving methods and testing procedures
Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
Experience with CAQ systems desirable
