Description
Develop and lead a global business services organization that consolidates
operational processes from existing management functions into a single
service organization
Develop a robust strategy to deliver high quality business services at
competitive costs and performance levels
Increase service quality through a culture of continuous improvement and
implementation of quality management systems such as LEAN
Reduce the total cost of services and improve service capabilities by
leveraging organizational scale, appropriate business processes, IT
solutions and a rigorous management system
Build the operating model including organization, processes, systems, and
talent models to support the concept
Develop a holistic roadmap and business case for the introduction in the
organization, covering short, medium, and long-term objectives
Identify the key processes within the target areas that validate the concept
and quickly deliver service and/or cost benefits
Requirements
More than 10 years of professional experience, ideally in shared services
environments
Process and business understanding to simplify complexity and optimize
administrative processes
Strong leadership skills with experience in people management and
development
Experience in building new organizations (Project / Change management)
High energy, intercultural competence, and strong executive level
communication skills
