Description
- Develop and lead a global business services organization that brings together operational processes from current management functions into one service unit
- Create a strong strategy to provide top-quality business services at competitive costs and performance levels
- Improve service quality by fostering a culture of continuous improvement and using quality management systems like LEAN
- Cut total service costs and boost service capabilities by using the scale of the organization, effective business processes, IT solutions, and a solid management system
- Design the operating model — including structure, processes, systems, and talent models — to support this approach
- Create a comprehensive roadmap and business case for rolling out the model across the organization, covering short-, medium-, and long-term goals
- Identify key processes in the target areas to prove the concept and quickly deliver service or cost benefits
Requirements
- Over 10 years of professional experience, preferably in shared services environments
- Strong process and business insight to simplify complexity and streamline administrative processes
- Proven leadership skills with experience in managing and developing people
- Experience in setting up new organizations (project/change management)
- High energy, intercultural skills, and strong executive-level communication skills
