Description
The service is requested as part of paid social performance marketing. The project's goal is to improve the performance of paid social and influencer marketing campaigns in the mid and lower funnel. The service includes consulting on and coordinating online paid social and influencer marketing campaigns in the mid and lower funnel, ongoing performance monitoring and reporting, and developing optimization suggestions for the paid social in-house marketing team.
Scope of work:
- Advising the paid social team on paid social campaigns
- Analyzing campaign success as specified using Meta Business and TikTok Ads Manager
- Recommending optimizations for existing and newly launched campaigns to improve performance
- Testing new campaign ideas and setups as specified
- Creating ad creative briefs in Excel
- Advising the paid social in-house team on integrating additional social media channels
- Advising the paid social in-house team on technical campaign tracking
- Advising the paid social in-house team on defining and optimizing the technical tracking setup for paid social channels
- Preparing campaign reports in PPT
- Testing new creators/influencers and campaign types
Requirements
- Deep understanding of social media platform algorithms (Meta, Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok)
- Hands-on experience setting up campaigns end to end (setup, management, execution, adjustment, optimization, analysis)
- Experience with ad creatives for each platform
- CVs in German, please answer the following questions:

Question 2: Which KPIs do you regularly monitor for operational optimization, and how do you derive actions from them?
