Requirements
- You have 5+ years of experience in Product Ownership within the fintech or financial services industry, with a track record of successfully launching desktop and mobile applications
- Your expertise is in financial services, banking, and/or brokerage platforms. You are familiar with the challenges faced by small businesses in these areas, as well as with the broader financial products landscape
- You have the ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority and your working style fosters teamwork, motivates others, and aligns stakeholders around a shared product vision
- You feel strong empathy for small business owners and have a user-centric approach to product development
- You have a strong sense of ownership and accountability: You should take full ownership of the product, demonstrating a high level of responsibility and accountability for its success
- Your are willing to occasionally travel to Berlin and/or Eschborn (near Frankfurt), and partner locations
