A company is looking for a Freelance Recruitment Consultant to join their team and focus on the retail interiors sector, covering design, fit-out, fixtures & fittings, POS, POP, and VM. The role involves full-cycle executive recruitment assignments from business development to successful candidate placement. The consultant will have access to an established CRM/ATS database with extensive market-related contacts and companies.
As a self-employed consultant, you receive a 50% commission for each successful placement. Once you exceed certain financial targets, your commission increases to 60%.
In the long term, there is an opportunity to advance into a leadership position, where you will manage your own team, potentially evolving into a Country Manager role. In this case, you will also benefit from your team members' success through an attractive revenue-sharing model.
You will be working under the umbrella of an established company with over 30 years of experience, gaining full access to a comprehensive CRM database with approximately 24,000 qualified contacts and 1,800 companies in the industry. Additionally, you can directly post your job listings on a high-reach platform.
Since you are working as a self-employed consultant, compensation is based exclusively on a high-percentage commission structure. The more successful placements you make per month, the higher your income. Based on our average fees, you can earn up to €7,000 per placement.
Key responsibilities:

Maintain accurate records in the company database and update job postings on relevant platforms.
Assist with marketing activities such as social media updates.
Collaborate closely with other remote-based consultants while adhering to industry legal requirements.
Either a strong background in the retail interiors market with a good network of decision-making contacts or at least 3 years of experience as a successful recruitment consultant.
Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
Strong communication skills in English and German; additional languages like Dutch, French, or Flemish are desirable.
Extroverted personality with excellent communication abilities.
Target-oriented mindset with dedication and motivation to succeed.
Willingness to work flexible hours beyond the standard 9-to-5 schedule.
