Deep understanding of the automotive industry, especially in the field of e-mobility and battery/cell manufacturing, and knowledge of supply chains and OEM-supplier relationships
Experience in analyzing and implementing various business models (joint ventures, joint operations, licensing models), especially in the technology sector and with OEM suppliers
Technical knowledge of battery systems and cell manufacturing and their application in the automotive industry, including market trends and challenges in e-mobility
Experience in negotiating contracts and business models, particularly regarding pricing and negotiation strategies with suppliers
Expertise in mergers, acquisitions and strategic partnerships, especially in international contexts with Asian companies
