Description
Online B2C Sales:
Drive online B2C sales through strategic social media marketing (SMM).
Develop and execute performance campaigns aimed at increasing sales and customer engagement.
Implement direct marketing tactics tailored to High Net Worth Individuals (HNWI) clientele.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, optimizing strategies based on insights.
Optimize / give impulses to optimize the online shop customer journey and conversion rates.
Social Media Growth:
Grow SMM followers and enhance Di Stavnitser’s social media presence.
Engage with followers, fostering a community of loyal customers and brand advocates.
Regularly create and publish engaging content, including posts, stories, reels, etc. to drive engagement rates and brand visibility.
Create and implement (paid) social media campaigns that highlight new product launches and promotions.
Develop and manage influencer partnerships to amplify brand reach and authenticity.
Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to ensure content remains relevant and engaging.
Content Strategy Input:
Collaborate with the content team to provide input on the content strategy for the website and Instagram.
Refine brand personas through expert targeting and segmentation.
Ensure content aligns with Di Stavnitser’s brand voice and luxury positioning.
Monitor and analyze content performance, suggesting improvements based on insights.
Coordinate with photographers, stylists and designers to produce high quality visual content.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Digital Marketing, with a focus on online sales, fashion or luxury sector.
- Proven track record in managing and executing successful social media marketing and sales strategies.
- Strong responsiveness and punctuality in all communications and tasks.
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive decision-making.
