As a Direct Marketing Manager (m/f/d/x) your main focus is on direct sales and promotional activities for acquiring new customers in the DACH region. This includes close coordination and management of agencies, locations and promoters; as well as coordinating sales and product trainings and other performance-boosting measures. You will also develop new strategies to optimize our KPIs in customer acquisition, test new options and strategically grow the channel with various exciting projects. For this you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, act agilely and always stay informed about the latest trends in offline and direct marketing.
- You are responsible for developing and expanding a direct marketing strategy for new customer acquisition in the DACH region. This includes setting goals, identifying target markets and defining promotion strategies
- You lead a team of promotion staff through our agency or agencies. You are jointly responsible for their recruitment, training and motivation
- You monitor promotional activities and results. This includes analyzing performance data, reviewing agency reports, identifying improvement opportunities and implementing measures to increase sales performance
- You observe market trends, competitor activities and customer needs to develop new promotion strategies and market opportunities and adjust sales activities accordingly
- You work closely with other departments such as Brand Marketing, Analytics, Legal, Product and Customer Service to ensure all activities align with company goals and strategies
- You create regular reports on your channel covering activities, performance metrics, goal achievement and developments/tests. You always keep an eye on budgeting and cost control
