Description
To ensure customer satisfaction and build strong relationships with clients while supporting them in setting up and navigating AI products.
Role Overview: A leading agency network is looking for a dedicated Customer Success Manager to join their team. This role will be crucial in maintaining client relationships, supporting customers in setting up and navigating AI products, and identifying opportunities for account growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support customers in setting up and navigating AI products (i.e., workflows) in coordination with the product team.
- Provide ongoing support to customers.
- Collect and evaluate customer feedback.
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
Requirements
- Experience in the Marketing and Communication industry (understanding of how creatives work).
- Experience in Business Development / Sales / Customer Relationship roles.
- Basic understanding of AI and willingness to further delve into AI topics.
Optional Qualifications:
- Basic understanding of how diffusion models work.
- Experience working with SD (knowledge about samplers, models, denoising etc., a background in "Automatic 1111" could be beneficial).
- Previous experience with "ComfyUI" would be ideal.
- Actively following the worldwide SD-community and staying up-to-date with the latest developments would be advantageous.
- The project starts as soon as possible, the assignment lasts at least two months.
