Description
Provide methodical consulting to the client in the requested task area
Analyze current states including developing a systematic and methodical overview of the management and organizational system
Develop target states
Work out solution options to move from current to target state
Evaluate and present solution options
Gather information and bring stakeholders together
Organize and run workshops, active sessions, and exchange formats on existing impediments in the management system regarding the targeted goals and evaluate them to develop good practice solutions and guidelines
Develop process and project goals in collaboration with subject matter leads as a sparring partner for process areas
Derive potentials and risks from current leadership behavior and prepare decision-making materials to minimize risks of wrong developments in management systems
Analyze, optimize, and advance maturity development and leadership capability and performance
Identify suitable measures and best practices for process improvement
Provide change management consulting on developing a procedural model (suggestions for optimal process management)
Map possible transparent organization and data structures relevant for the sustainability of project results
Advise on designing a future-proof, secure, and efficient leadership practice in self-organization and consult project participants
Identify, describe, analyze, optimize, and document leadership processes (good practice collection, guidelines), especially complex and challenging leadership tasks during preselection (case collection) in technical coordination with the project team, supervisors, and internal stakeholders/clients
Determine possible KPIs to monitor daily leadership activities
Develop proposals to establish, optimize, and initiate workflows/processes and align them professionally with the involved organizational units
The external specialist takes on tasks as part of regular technical exchange with the implementation team based on their assignment. This is done using agile methods by pulling tasks resulting from user stories.
Requirements
3 years of experience in process models and process consulting, with knowledge in coaching
3 years of experience in business process analysis and design, with knowledge in documentation, modeling, analysis, and optimization of processes, and in designing efficient organizational structures
3 years of experience in agile approaches like Scrum, Kanban, and XP
3 years of experience in facilitation, mediation, and coaching, as well as applying and training process methods, tools, and techniques
Desired:
5 years of experience in communication and moderation skills when coordinating with interface partners and in stakeholder management, and methodical and confident moderation of technical meetings, workshops, and retrospectives
3 years of project management know-how, e.g., waterfall method, milestone trend analysis, agile project management, Kanban, Scrum, or lean project management
3 years of know-how in identifying opportunities/risks, root cause analysis, proposing and evaluating solutions
