Our client is a real estate company. Within a neighborhood, the company can manage its multi-utility infrastructure much like a public utility provider, including district heating, solar energy, EV charging infrastructure, high-speed internet (fiber), meter reading, etc. We are looking for an expert in PMO / Business Development B2C to build and expand B2C-relevant topics based on the strategic framework of the Customer Business Unit for the entire quarter utility.
- Responsible for the structural build-up and expansion of B2C marketing for the quarter utility and its end-customer products (Energy: green power, green direct power; Multimedia: fiber internet, TV, landline)
- Implement strategic projects to scale the B2C business in collaboration with internal and external interfaces of the quarter utility
- Identify B2C business potentials from the company’s B2B partnerships
- Implement cooperation models for marketing B2C products
- Implement new sales-support processes
- Oversee planning of initiatives and create project milestone plans
- Establish tools and processes to monitor and analyze marketing performance and derive strategy adjustments based on performance data.
