The People & Culture Director will develop and deliver strategies to maintain a sustainable, productive and competent workforce, in order to support the hotel operational needs; this will include but not exclusively to attract, develop and retain talent through workforce planning, leadership development, learning, performance management, talent acquisition, team member relations, compensation and benefits, work place safety programs and other People & Culture strategies.

The People & Culture Director will ensure effective communication and engagement strategies that support the hotel teams in achieving their business and strategic goals in line with the hotel’s objectives to drive the company’s unique culture and philosophy.
