The project is part of the Finance Transformation (FiT) and is related to the Technology department’s RAITT project (Radical Infrastructure and IT Transformation) for transforming BSS applications in the finance and order-to-cash area.
Services:
- Analysis and consulting for specifying new, need-based requirements and optimization measures based on business models in the order-to-cash area
- Creation of solution concepts for process optimizations in the existing value chain, as well as planning and managing the necessary implementation steps within the transformation projects and initiatives
- Independent handling of complex and sometimes novel topics within order-to-cash, particularly in developing and implementing optimization concepts
- Preparation of decision-relevant information for management
- Development of an end-to-end process view considering upstream and downstream processes and systems as well as interfaces to other departments
- Ensuring compliance with IFRS and HGB accounting standards and the requirements of relevant areas of responsibility
- Identification and implementation of optimization potential to improve data quality and information granularity in target systems
- Management of relevant requirements within the transformation initiatives, including end-to-end requirement tracking
- Development and continuous improvement of quality measures within the order-to-cash value chain, considering all relevant business transactions and reporting requirements
