I primarily support customers in implementing software development processes while simultaneously developing products, including tech stack migrations, team building, mentoring, and the development of suitable sustainable architectures, which are the basis of my work.
For most clients, architecture, agile process methodologies, and team management are not limited to the front end, as the required trades are often comprehensive. This also includes data protection, data design, and security concepts.
My customers and I do not see me as a pure workbench but as someone who helps a customer develop software beyond the time of the commitment that is maintainable and understandable and remains manageable along its life cycle. For me, clean code, testing, process methodologies, code style, and the many other components of the rapidly changing software ecosystem are a means to and not an end in themselves to achieve this goal.
