Initially, I took on a Role as a one-stop contact between the customer and the teams provided by external vendors, the internal IT org and the Business Team. The Customer wanted someone with a deep understanding of the technologies involved who was not affiliated with the Vendors to consult the Customer directly.

Later, this became a Leading / Mentor Role in various realms (Project Steering, Agile Methodologies, Software Design). Furthermore, migrating the front-end team from the external vendor to an in-house team in France due to organisational changes became a significant task for the last year. That required Hiring, Ramping, Mentoring, and Managing the brand-new Team.

I was part of the Programm Management Group from the beginning till the end of my mission.
