SAP BTP Development Architect

Radu is a Software Developer with a strong background in OOP with the .NET Framework, Java, Node.js, Javascript frameworks and all major databases: SAP HANA v1.0 & v2.0, SAP HANA Cloud, Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle MySQL, MongoDB, Redis. Radu does full-stack development in multiple technologies and frameworks at professional level in the last 10 years: SAP UI5, Node.Js, JS frameworks, SAP CAP for Java, C# dotnet Core, MS Azure and SAP BTP In the last 2 years Radu’s role was SAP Cloud Architect / Engineering Team Lead for a start-up company and was responsible for product development of a multi-tenant SAP BTP application connected to SAP Concur and Microsoft Azure Function APIs, with front-end written in SAP UI5 and backend in SAP CAP for Java. Data persistency was provided by SAP HANA Cloud, and the app had the ability to integrate into SAP Fiori Launchpads of SAP S4/HANA ERP systems He has more than 15 years of experience in Software Development regarding all areas: from analysis to design, with Agile & Waterfall development teams, unit testing/integration testing, and code review. In 2017 he was awarded a Fellowship with SAP Leonardo IoT team from SAP Product & Innovation and he’s leading IoT projects since then. Radu covers the entire front-end & backend in these roles, with very deep insight for the optimizations needed at the HANA level, UI5 and browser requests level combined with Java & C# backend algorithms and IoC container object lifecycle. He is amongst the winners of the SAP Innovator Challenge, 3rd place in the 2018 EMEA edition, and also Winner of SAP Forum @ Copenhagen Award for Innovation A generous community contributor, Radu publishes his technology experiments on the SAP Blogs platform and to the open-source community on nuget.org, npmjs.com, and github.com.
