I increased the test coverage of the AI model inferencing pipeline from 60% to 85%, and I made it more efficient by adding a model results cache using DynamoDB.
I wrote load tests, which allowed the team analyse the different issues and average time of the inferencing round-trip.
I migrated the inference pipeline to a Step Function to improve the observability of the system, coming from an unnecessary event driven architecture with no monitoring at all.
I migrated 60 out of 100 repositories from Gitlab to Github, including their complex CI/CD pipelines through an automation I wrote in Ansible. Meanwhile the rest of the team were manually doing the migrations. My work the migration work time to half of the estimation.

Two alerts saved one of their large customers an estimated amount of more than 1 million EUR in one day.
