Description
- Optimal definition and setup of segments (e.g., family segment) in the data tool backend (e.g., Databricks, currently still Adobe Workbench)
- Design of appropriate communication based on available data points (CRM tool, website, apps - 1st party login data)
- Execution in the marketing automation tool Adobe Campaign, linking with other advertising channels (e.g., social), reporting
Requirements
Must Have:
- Experience building CRM segments
- Knowledge of Adobe Campaign (also Emarsys or similar marketing automation tools)
- Adobe Workbench / Databricks / Snowflake / Dataiku / Google Cloud Dataprep or other ETL / data preparation tools
Nice to Have:
- Development of personalization (also including advertising channels)
- Campaign management
