A company is looking for an experienced SOx consultant to support a cross-functional SOx project.
The goal of the project is the implementation of new and revised SOx processes and controls in the Finance & Technology (legacy) area.
The consultant will play a key role in analyzing, optimizing and implementing control and risk gaps in various processes such as billing, accounting, fixed assets, inventory and tech services.
- Analyze and optimize control and risk gaps in processes.
- Provide professional support to SOx control/process owners in introducing and adjusting SOx controls.
- Create end-to-end process views including preceding processes and systems.
- Develop solution concepts for SOx ITGC processes and integrate them into transformation projects.
- Identify, advise on and implement automated controls.
- Analyze, design and introduce a standardized UAT process and quality measures (including IPE compliance).
- Conduct targeted SOx training and prepare management information.
