You are responsible for building and expanding a new business area with the option to wrap up your project by filling your own position
You acquire new clients (cold and warm contacts) in the fast-moving consumer goods sector, such as grocery retail, oil companies & kiosks
Your sales experience helps you analyze distribution, listing, and placement situations with potential clients and prepare market, customer, and internal data from the ERP system to derive sales concepts for implementation
Thanks to your sales affinity and personality, you manage to make an impact—especially in regular status meetings with clients (by phone and on site)—and push our joint success
You continuously optimize internal processes to make them even leaner
To maintain product-market fit, you stay in close contact with the manufacturer in England and internal interfaces

You have a commercial apprenticeship or a business degree and 4-5 years of sales experience in acquiring and managing demanding B2B clients, ideally in grocery retail / FMCG sales
Your strategic and operational experience, along with your solution- and result-oriented approach to launching a new business area, makes it easy for you to have a positive impact on the company's development
Your empathetic nature lets you build and grow top customer relationships
Ideally, you bring a network of contacts from the tobacco, vape, or consumer goods industry whom you can excite about our products with your strong communication and presentation skills
You are persistent, assertive, and a strong negotiator
