A company is seeking an experienced Senior Transition Manager to lead strategic and operational transition projects. The focus is on the seamless handover of services, systems, or processes in the automotive sector. Experience in the translation business is an advantage. Ideally, the candidate has previously held positions at the BMW Group and brings a deep understanding of the automotive industry. The role requires excellent communication skills at the C-level as well as comprehensive knowledge of change management and stakeholder engagement.
Main responsibilities:
- Strategic planning and management of transition projects, including resource, budget, and time management
- Leading interdisciplinary teams and coordinating internal and external stakeholders
- Ensuring a smooth handover of services, systems, or processes without business disruption
- Developing and implementing best practices, governance, and compliance guidelines
- Identifying and managing risks and challenges throughout the entire transition process
- Communicating at the C-level and working closely with clients, partners, and leadership teams
- Change management & stakeholder engagement to promote acceptance and sustainable implementation
- Monitoring & reporting transition performance and continuously optimizing processes
