- Solid methodological knowledge, as well as knowledge and experience in setting up, customizing and applying HR business processes, especially in the specified SAP components:
- Personnel Administration (HCM-PA),
- Organizational Management (HCM-OM),
- Time Management (HCM-PT),
- Travel Management (FI-TV),
- SuccessFactors (Recruiting and Learning)
- Knowledge/experience in creating reports with SAP Query in HR (PA, OM, PT, FI-TV),
- Knowledge/experience in HCM programming for custom reports,
- Verification of required procedural functionalities,
- Knowledge/experience in debugging,
- Knowledge of SAP authorization concepts, including structural, backend and portal permissions,
- Knowledge/experience in error tracking, e.g. application logs, dump analysis and authorization trace,
- Knowledge/experience in interface support (connecting time recording systems, interfaces between HCM, other SAP modules and pre-entry systems),
- Several years of practical experience in IT project work as a project team member,
