Creation and approval of epics as part of feature planning for billing processes, especially for customer account management and business customer data management (SOHO). Documentation is done in Jira and Confluence.
Analysis of the end-to-end implementation of billing requirements, identification of process gaps, and coordination and management of actions to close these gaps.
Prioritization of epics based on #Business Value, technical feasibility, and dependencies within the RAITT project for efficient execution.
Continuous review and adjustment of epics based on #Sprint-Reviews and advice to the business units to ensure all requirements are implemented precisely.
Creation and validation of #User Stories for the development teams to map the functional requirements to the billing system. Documentation and management are done via Jira.
Functional consulting for B2C billing, especially in the definition, creation, and evaluation of complex business and technical requirements with regard to time management, quality management, and budget control.
Regular reporting on project progress, identification of risks and challenges, and derivation of control measures. Reporting is done with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel).
Consulting on compliance requirements (EECC, data protection) to ensure the new billing processes and systems are regulatorily compliant.
Functional consulting for interfaces in the area of dunning/collection for the Inlife tribe to ensure seamless billing and payment control.
Detailed analysis, design, and functional description of the future tariff portfolio, with a special focus on meeting EECC requirements.
Creation of technical concepts and solution specifications for billing processes, including data modeling, master data management, and reporting requirements for finance & accounting services.
