German mobile network operator is running a cross-company, international transformation program. In the B2C area, all workstreams are coordinated in an overarching team. After about 2 years of project duration, a replacement is needed in this team.
Responsible development and implementation of an internal concept for internal project communication with technical leadership.
Independent handling of specialist ad-hoc requests from program management (generalist telecom know-how required).
Organizing, structuring and moderating cross-functional alignment meetings at management level (including preparation and follow-up in PowerPoint).
Supporting onboarding processes for new project staff.
10 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in the telecommunications industry
Project experience in large (IT) transformation projects
Proven experience in project communication
Knowledge of agile project management methods (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
Good PowerPoint skills, Confluence skills a plus
Fluent German and English skills, spoken and written
Willingness to travel (approx. 3 days per month at the Munich office)
Hands-on, communicative and quick to grasp new concepts
