German mobile network operator is conducting a cross-company international transformation program. In the B2C area, all workstreams are coordinated within an overarching team. In this team, a replacement is required after approximately 2 years of project duration.
Independently developing and implementing an internal concept for project-internal communication with technical leadership.
Independently handling subject-specific ad-hoc requests from program management (generalist telecommunications know-how required).
Organizing, structuring, and moderating cross-functional alignment meetings at management level (including preparation and follow-up in PowerPoint).
Supporting onboarding processes for new project team members.
10 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in the telecommunications industry
Experience working on large (IT) transformation projects
Proven experience in project communication
Knowledge of agile project management methods (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
Strong PowerPoint skills, Confluence skills a plus
Fluent written and spoken English and German
Willingness to travel (approx. 3 days per month to the Munich site)
Hands-on, communicative, and quick to grasp new concepts
