Description
You are responsible for the consulting tools for eConsultants as well as for customers (e.g. recommendation tool for charging infrastructure, energy simulation tool, …)
You develop new ideas for features in the tools and work closely with Sales, IT, and the Innovation Center to integrate them
You ensure that new releases (vehicles, chargers, …) are supported by these tools at the right time or are integrated into the tools
You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the results in the tools and for gathering input for new features, vehicles, chargers, etc. For externally facing tools you ensure that all (data protection) legal requirements are met and implemented
You conduct regular benchmarking of IT tools for customers and eConsultants to ensure competitiveness
You develop training concepts and materials for the roll-out of the tools
You prepare decision papers and present the results to our stakeholders and our management
Requirements
Must Have:
Degree in industrial engineering, IT / computer science, or similar qualification
Several years of professional experience, including at least 3 years of direct client contact
National and international experience in e-mobility
Experience in developing training and education concepts
Experience working with global cross-functional teams
Confident appearance, assertiveness, communication, integration and persuasion skills, entrepreneurial thinking
Nice to Have:
Knowledge of battery-electric and hydrogen-powered vehicles, especially in the truck business, is a plus
Ideally an additional European language of a volume market
