Description
The service is requested as part of optimizing the performance management of the online business.
The goal of the project is to advise on optimization potentials and implement the optimization measures that result from the analysis.
- Analyze the existing e-commerce performance (for the categories Postpaid/ fixed network/ digital products/ prepaid) and its drivers
- Derive and prioritize optimization measures to increase conversion rate, revenue, and margin
- Create an action plan for implementation, including defining success KPIs
- Advise on planning and executing online campaigns and promotions
- Provide strategic and operational advice on further developing customer journeys and digital sales processes
- Prepare decision templates, management reports, and an implementation roadmap
