- Analyze existing e-commerce performance (for categories Postpaid / Fixed Network / Digital Products / Prepaid) and its drivers
- Derive and prioritize optimization measures to increase conversion rate, revenue, and margin
- Create an action plan for implementation including definition of success KPIs
- Advise on planning and execution of online campaigns and promotions
- Provide strategic and operational advice on the development of customer journeys and digital sales processes
- Prepare decision papers, management reports, and an implementation roadmap
