Continuous improvement of core processes, integration of business unit strategies (PV, Wind etc.) and of the corporate growth group by leveraging expert knowledge in lean processes. Lead a small team of staff and report to the Head of Operational Excellence.
- Responsibility for identifying, defining and implementing projects and initiatives for process improvement, focusing on increasing cost efficiency, maximizing reliability and minimizing costs in collaboration with business unit and site managers and staff
- Ensuring integration and alignment with business unit, corporate and site strategies and promoting our Operational Excellence approach
- Defining, selecting and monitoring process metrics for sustainable process orientation
- Promoting and sharing best practices, methods and tools of Operational Excellence across business units and plants
- Delivering results and reporting to management
- Coaching and training in methodological skills, tools and the Lean Six Sigma approach
- Building and further developing the strategic process organization and process documentation using BPMN 2.0
- Coordinating process requirements for implementation in IT solutions as part of business analysis
- Aligning change and organizational development topics in collaboration with other organizational units and project teams
